I want to shorten and select only some parts of mp3 and wma format songs, but i do not know any programs that can do that. Please give me a link if you can get one for any programs...otherwise, i would like steps if you are showing me a "way" to do it. Thanks!

Nero.....but it's an 85 dollar program. The free version no longer does that..it used to and it was great.

You can use Adobe Audition, Nero, Roxio also you can use Sonic Foundry Acid, and with that one you can do loops also.
