Does anyone know the song that is in the episode "all things" of the X-Files?

In an episode in the 7th season, "all things", there is a song with a fantastic beat that seems to be a theme in the episode. "Talk to me baby" are the only words that I can seem to recollect from it. It sounds so good to me, and I just wish I knew who sang it, or the title, or anything to go on would be great.
