Let her have a little fun at the end of her life! OK so it sounds crazy but it is completely harmless. Use a vegetable/temporary colour and do it for her so that she doesnt waste a fortune at a hairdressers.Does it have to be a permanent style? Its probably just an idea and she wont want to do it on a daily basis anyhow. Have a girlie day in and make her up. she may well look in the mirror and be horrified! Maybe you should do this together and take a photo of each other. Relax and laugh together. You will look back on this one day and be so glad you fulfilled this idea of hers.

shop 4 her and get her dark brown eye make up a light pink or tan blush and red lip stick and if she says anything, tell her thats all they had . you can always return it unopened if she gets to upset. black clothes is fine.. take her 2 the beauty school 2 have her hair done.. let them try and change her mind about her hair color if you don't think it would look good.. i think they charge 25 dollars.. when all else fails let her be.. : )

I'm going to assume that your question is legitimate. If it isn't, just skip over my answer:
She's definitely lived long enough to make an informed fashion statement! Tell her that you love her no matter what she looks like, because without her you wouldn't be alive not to. Growing up she accepted you, and now it's your turn to return the favor.
Give her a copy of Kurt Vonnegut's "A Man Without A Country", to which I'm sure she will totally relate, and a bottle of manic panic pillarbox red.

Style is what you want, not what others want for you.
If this is a true question, maybe she always wanted to, but never had the nerve, old people can get away with doing what they want easier

In my opinion if you can reach the age of 90 then you ought to be able to do any darn thing that you wanna do whenever you wanna do it.
Smile and help her do it!

Let her. She's gotten this far. It's great that she still has the spunk to do it. She's old enough for r¡everything. She'll get a kick out of it.

Tell her it's her call. She may freak out some of her peers, but she may also find a soulmate. Let her go for it!

Let her do it. She wont be around much longer. Let her express herself. If you REALLY dont want her to look like that then suport her but give other ideas.
