I remember watching Gula Gula Island, lol, it was my favorite. Barney, Sesame Street, all that stuff. I used to watch the movie Bebe's Kids everyday religiously, lol. Arthur, Reading Rainbow... sigh, those were the days...

Now I feel really old! Zoom, the original one, started when I was 7 or 8! We had a lot of local shows that I loved: Wee Willie Webber, Captain Noah and Gene London (he may have been national.) Plus the Banana Splits (remember Danger Island?) They don't make TV like that anymore. Now I sound old!

Old Shows I watched as a kid :I love Lucy, loved it, way too funny, Andy Griffith Show loved it plain, wholesome, and down to earth.. I loved to watch Bonanza I wished Little Joe was my boyfriend and I could have a horse like his. Leave it to Beaver liked it way back when but now it is just plain corny. I could go on and on but I have already shown my age and you kids are thinking I never heard of the shows what is she even talking about.

Tom and Jerry, Walt disneyBugs Bunny...just like them shows...and an aussies shows that i liked Skippy the bush kangaroo, The young talent time show skippy is about the kangaroo catching the theifs pretty good show and the other one is abot a bunch of kids singing and dacning

Some of the shows I loved as a kid were "Zoom", "the Big Blue Marble", "Kukla, Fran & Ollie", "Zoobilee Zoo", "Woody Woodpecker", "Popeye", "Casper the Friendly Ghost", Mr Rogers - mostly the Land of Make Believe!
I could go on and on - we were such tv junkies! lol
