Try using your thumbs to 'walk' up the inside to the fingers (on the opposite hand of course). If not the fingers, (its hard to describe) use firm pressure on the underside of your toes omitting the big toe of each foot.. do this as regular as possible as these are reflexology points relating to the sinuses. Try using peppermint oil ( only one drop at a time) instead of olbas oil. Also, press your sinus areas rubbing outwards towards the ears from the nose to drain the sinuses. Good luck

I suffer from blocked sinuses all the time and swear by the affects of Sudafed. If this cold and the blocked sinuses don't clear up soon though go to the GP, it is probably just a sinus infection and anti biotics will clear it up a treat.

It might be nothing to worry about at all. It often takes a while - 2-3 weeks for your taste/ sense buds to come back. But my mum has always suffered from severe head colds and 10 yrs ago she lost her sense of smell entirely..
Now she seriously cant smell anything - including my toddlers' horrific nappies. So please, if its no better in a couple of days - go and get it checked out.
In some ways its nice not being able to smell the horrid stuff in life, but my mum really misses smelling flowers, babies, fresh bread, nice glass of red wine etc etc

if it were a proper cold, it would have eased.
the sinuses, ill bet yor eyes are sore, and your throat is uncomfortable, from constantly breathing thru your mouth, and olbas oil is innefective.
sound like youve an allergy, (buit i havent got hayfever) well, its happens in many different ways. me,im allergic to grass pollen.blah blah, and its worse in teh autumn as the trees goto seed..solid sneezing and bunged up for weeks on end...thhink, has anything new arrived in teh house, a room oudouriser (plug in pongy thing) stuff like that including daughters deodorant, take my breath away.
the wife bought home some dried dock leaves, she made a lovely flower thingy display, and it put me in hospital.. if you go out, away from your house does it clear up only to return within 15 minutes...
hope its nothing serious...but this is hardly the place to get good medical advice...go see your doc if it persists.

Oh I had that, it means you caught the flu. I just ate whatever I hated like okra and stuff, because I was severly underweight by then. and it relieved after 2-3 weeks.
