Diet, working too hard, playing too hard, or just plain tired all time. They could be a million reasons, go to your doctor and have it checked out. But my guess is most likely to be your diet, because you sound like a typical student whose working, studying and most likely partying too hard. Try to change your diet, if you can i know its hard when you on a tight budget, to incorporate a lot of fruit and veg and take some multi-vitamin supplements.
Hope this helps

I'm not a Dr but went through a similar thing when I was at Uni. I was eventually diagnosed with ME / depression. I was put onto a course of anti-depressants and within 3 months was back to my normal self. I managed to stop the anti-depressants after about 5 months and have not had a problem since.
I would suggest you speak to your GP - there could be a number of things wrong from depression to anaemia so get yourself checked out - its probably nothing serious but you will never know until you have spoken to a professional.

Your problem could be a few things, you might have Mono( or another disease related to it),Or you might have an iron defiency. There are others... Are you getting enough sleep? Are you eating apppropriately? Even if you do get a response frm a doctor, he/she will tell you the same thing I am about to:
GO TO DOCTOR AND GET AN EXAM! That is the only way you will truly know what is wrong!

Well, I am not a doctor, but I think know the aswer to your question. I beieve from the descriptions you gave that you are either going through early menapause. Or you could have an infection. Maybe you should go to the doctor, but I hate it when people tell me that so I won't pressure anyone. I really hope that I helped.

Could be that you are just not drinking enough water. You need approximately 2 litres a day. You could also try some multi-vitamins. At bed time try Chamomile tea.

perhaps its your diet? are you eating enough carbohydrates, eating healthily? It could be overtiredness as well, if ur burning the midnight oil too much it can mess around with ur sleeping patterns.
