every thing now hurts on my right side my jaw,chest ,back any one else with similar pain i have 3 more days untill i can test for pregnancy ?

I thought the exact same as you..that I could tell each month which side I was ovulating from because I had pain on that side. We are now going for fertility treatments because I was in fact not ovulating at all. It is possible to have that "pain" before, during or even after ovulation is what i was told by my fertility doctor. My advice is to use ovulation prediction kits in conjunction with Basal Body Temping and this will pinpoint when you are actually ovulating and if you aren't. Good Luck!!
Early signs of pregnancy:
Spotting
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.

I think it could be something else never heard of jaw and chest hurt

Those pains do not sound like ovulation or pregnancy pains. I'd call your doc.
