Get a non-discriminating attorney and report the person to Amnesty. The best way is to go out of your locality because chances are you will find good law enforcement outside your local area. My friend did and it worked!!

Police dont investigate discrimination. Discrimination allegations shouldbe raised with the state or federal attorney general's office. Contact a lawyer specializing in discrimination cases and he will advise you on if you have a case and the proper course of action to take.

Report it to your local district attorney, the chief of that police department, and the internal affairs division. Also file a written complaint with your state's attorney general's civil rights division. That would be adequate.

First of all you have to report it yourself to your local police district. That will allow them and for your own safety that such discrimnation has been reported just in case something happens to you. If you feel that because of such discrimnation you have suffered loss that can be equated into some monetary value, then you can check with your local courts if you have a claim in small claims court.

To paraphrase, if you strike the police (king) you must kill the police (king).

In other words, you'd better'd be damned sure, and have them on video tape admitting to it, and have signed statements, and witnesses that won't go cold when it comes to testify, and....

Your best bet is to check with a local civil rights group such as the NAACP. They'll at least hear you out, and use your story and evidence as they investigate the situation.
