Call your current service provider customer care folks and ask for the floor manager, or the floor lead. Or write to the corporate office of your service provider and send it to the VP of Customer Service. That's where you have to take a chance and give a corporate person your idea. Some may use it as their own to further themselves but others will give you the credit and bring you in as a consultant for the project. Do you feel lucky?
