I like the episode where he was on Maury, and Cartman was dressed up like an out of control teenage girl, and he kept saying "It's my hot body, I do what I want!"... lol, hilarious. I posted a clip of it a while ago on one of my questions...

The show does make its point in each episode, albeit in a rather crude humorous fashion. I find the show amusing, though I don't watch it religiously.
