So many people around evading the self-awareness that is so overwhelmingly drenching us , and thus getting caught up in situations inextricably, is the hardest of things to believe or understand !

All of the "whys " , in life are the hardest things to understand.
The hardest thing for me to believe in is peoples words. Alot of words are just said without any real trueth or depth or meaning or even real emotions behind them.

To believe: that we are the only beings in the universe
To understand: that my husband still leaves the sit up after all those times I have almost died when sitting in the toilet.

I believe there are two things: Love and Religious Faith.
Love is hard to understand because we find it hard to accept, give and believe in. Also because we have unusually harsh opinions of ourselves and other people.
Religious Faith? I find it amazing that there are so many forms of religions...especially ones referring to themselves as Christians. They all speak of love for their fellow man and yet say that their way is the only way to "heaven". They all preach from their own interpretation of the same book...a collection of stories written thousands of years after the people who lived it were long dead....written down by men that had their own political agenda's, fears, doubts and belief's that colored their views. I become almost speechless when a "Christian" condemns or sits in judgment of another person based on their clothes, where they live, amount of money they give to the church, how many children they have, where they work, how they speak, or their beliefs.... Then when they have the nerve to "Quote" the bible to justify themselves that just blows me away. And makes me sick to my stomach...Sometimes I think that churches were made by men to rule over women, children and other men...like mini kingdoms. How can only one way be the right way? And who are we to sit in judgement of anyone based on their beliefs or they way they practice their faith? I know there is a lot of hate and distrust for the Muslim's based on recent events here in the USA...but you cannot judge a people based on the actions of a few. It is my understanding that true Muslim's practice love and understanding...not war and hate. Look at our own history....not so pretty back in the 50's & 60's with civil rights and hate groups...a lot of them "church going men".....it seriously makes me wonder if anyone knows how to clean their own frount porch before they clean someone elses....

that some people think that we are the only living things in the universe. that's just dumb. you really gotta fear discovering more than what you know.
