Assuming you are asking what you can do if you don't get paid, you will need to check with a local attorney. Laws vary by jurisdiction.
In general, you will be able to lock her out for a period of time, and then eventually sell her stuff to pay for back storage fees. But the exact procedures vary, so check first.

Hopefully when you agreed to this you had some sort of a lease agreement written down, check to see what the laws are concerning this type of situation. Usually if someones not paying
you have the right to ask her to remove her belongings. But make sure to check to see what the laws are regarding this sort of thing

If you have a lease or rental agreement, it should spell out the rights you have. Normally a legal proceedure is done in order for you to seize her property and sell it.

as per the above BUT unless you actually OWN the building then you might have some extra problems..............ie if you are sub letting an area to her and wanting payment........
Check local laws and find out.....state to state as well as HUGE differences from country to country.

Depending on the laws where you are, you have the right to sell her stuff after you give notice.
