I think the only thing that will be able to play audio is a video. Hopefully eventually they will come out with something like LiveJournal and be able to leave a voice post or something. Though I did see something on a reality celebrity profile that you could call and leave a message, but I'm not sure what that was about. You could listen to what people left. Hope this helps.
