Unfortunately, there's not much you can do. If you actually know this person, you can report him to his ISP. If they're random porn or "FREE" this, that, or the other thing, you can use a filter-if you use an email client such as OE or Outlook. My spam filter comes with my antivirus program, Trendmicro PC-cillin. If you use Yahoo mail, just use the SPAM button. It actually works quite well. I hardly ever get spam in my inbox at Yahoo. My filter on Outlook Express puts spam in a special folder, and it has cut down on the spam I receive at my paid ISP email address.

If it's a real person then you can report the mail to the isp this person uses & you can report this person to the police for harassment. If it's just spam trying to sell you porn or viagra or something, then your kinda out of luck if your spam catcher is not detecting this.

Is this a "real person" who is sending these to you? Or is this just XXX-rated spam?
Either way, you're pretty much outta luck. If you know who's sending it, the best thing to do is to document his/her writings, and see if they've broken any laws.
