O.K. think about it. Life scientists study the way different living things work. Like plants need sunlight to photosynthesize and grow. Knowing this, we are able to create different light sources to help grow plants, we are able to build and use green houses to grow plants in the winter, etc. There are many many examples of the things they study. Just check you textbook or look up "importance of life science" on your comp.

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. I've interpreted it as follows:

The information life scientists gather isn't very important.

I disagree with that statement completely. Life scientists, obviously, dedicate their entire lives to working with science. If they learn something valuable (or something not so valuable), it is all part of a bigger thing: science in itself.

No. We can always learn from the experiences of others - good and bad. Life scientists are no exception.

It's important.... I'm taking a class in life science right now and i'm learning that absolutley everything is made out of cells and their origin... and tons of fascinating stuff like that!!!
