I get little tiny cuts down there does anyone else and do you know what it could possibly be?

No, I don't really know why, but a friend of mine used to get boils, and the doctor told her it was her underwear. He told her to wear loose fitting cotton pantys, no lace, no thongs...?? Hope that helps

The skin in these areas is very delicate, so there could be a number of reasons for this - either sexual activity, wearing the wrong clothing, etc. You'll just have to think about your own routines a little more, because no one can really figure this out for you by your question. I've found that placing a cold, wet cloth in this area and just letting it sit will help with the irritation, though.
