Only the situation can decide whether it is
Right to do the right thing at the right time,
Wrong thing to do the right thing at the right time,
Right thing to do the wrong thing at the right time,
Wrong thing to do the wrong thing at the right time,
Right thing to do the right thing at the wrong time,
OR,

Who's defining right and wrong? This, from the top, is difficult to make a blanket statement. Right over here, could be wrong over there. If you think in terms of situation ethics, as I do...I don't worry about it. I'll work it out when it appears.

It means that the right thing has to be done at the right time.
Sometimes timing is off and even though it was right the thing that was done. It makes no difference because the timing of it was wrong. So it didn;t matter
