load range it the amount of load that you can safely put on the tires before they become overloaded, i am not sure what you mean by squirm or safety rims tread bars are in the tread and usaully are between the peaks of the tread pattern to show when you need to get new tires wheel run out if how much out of true direction the wheel will travel at such as if you roll the wheel down your drive way how straight is it going to roll wheel wieghts are small wights attached to your wheel to give them balance which goes along with your static ballance thing there are static and dynamic wheel balancing static balance means that the wheel is balanced so that when in a nuetral position it will not try and rotate on its own i mean that in that if you have the car on a lift and in nuetral if you spin the tire by hand it will stop at different spots every time not always the same spot, and it will not try and move on its, own dynamic balance is balance in motion which means is the tire balanced while you are driving down the road,
