1. Paid
2. Paramedic
3. In the event that your ems provider is unable to respond to your home for some reason, they would rely on their mutual aid system. What this means is that they would look at where your home is located and send the closest available ambulance from another service or community. If they determine through the series of questions that trained dispatchers ask that your emergency is not life threatening (i.e. heart attack or shortness of breath, etc.) they may delay sending an ambulance to you immediately and send you an ambulance from your local ems agency as soon as it becomes available (this is like being triaged when you go to the ER-serious patients get seen first while less serious wait). One other thing to remember is that even if an ambulance isn't immediately available, other first responders can be dispatched to your house to help you until an ambulance arrives. Hope this answers your questions.

EMS agencies can be volunteer or paid. Large towns and cities normally have paid EMS while smaller towns tend to have volunteer EMS. I an a NREMT-B (EMT) waiting to get my EMT-P (paramedic) certificate in the mail.

An EMS agency, unless in a small town has more than one ambulance, so there is normally an available ambulance. Where I work if all our ambulances are on a call and a high priority call comes in the dispatcher sends the fire department, and rescue truck (rescue is part of EMS here, and are paramedics) if available. If the rescue paramedics are also out of service the dispatcher will contact a private ambulance service to respond. If the call is of a low priority then it will be held for the first available ambulance. We have 13 ambulances, 2 rescue trucks, and 3 supervisors serving the city at all times, and it is rare that they are all out of service at the same time.

I have a family that is an EMS service provider. She is fully certified by the state, and is also licensed to teach CPR. The way her team works, in regards to your third question, is that they have a team "on call" that would respond to the first call. If another emergency were to arise, they call the team in the next district to them to respond. There are also back up teams.

In some cases, the back up can respond more quickly than the ambulance service. My family member lives across the street from a large church. One Sunday, she had arrived home from her church when she heard a commotion across the street. She grabbed her bag and dashed across the street before anyone could even call 911, and treated a man for a heart attack right there. Then they called the ambulance and took him to the hospital! (Talk about good service!)

37x=111 divide the two aspects by using 37 37x/37=111/37 x=3 225-x=a hundred and fifty subtract 225 from the two aspects 225-x-225=a hundred and fifty-225 -x=-seventy 5 mulitply the two aspects by using -a million -x * -a million = -seventy 5 * -a million x=seventy 5 x/4=21 mulitply the two aspects by using 4 x/4 * 4 = 21*4 x=eighty 4

Question three is not written very clearly. You may get a better response if you rewrite that question. There seems to be a lot of typing mistakes in your query.
