I've come close several times but haven't totally. But I fell asleep driving once. Woke up just before I was about to hit the side of a building. Forget those 12 hour work days. One time I was having my car fixed and I was in the waiting room and no one was around so I put my head back. I woke myself up snoring and there were 5 unhappy looking at me. How embarrassing!

Sounds like sleep apnea. Ask your doctor for a sleep study. Snoring was the key word you gave me! Snoring is usually a sign of airway blockage and sleep apnea! A CPAP machine will help. Forget the dental plates or useless surgery. CPAP takes some time to tolerate but it does work! Good luck!

Never done that. Shame on you! Take a cup of coffee next time. So sorry. You must have felt humiliated for snoring.

lol! No I haven't but I have fallen asleep in class. I was in such a deep sleep that I felt myself falling out of my seat (I wasn't though) and I twitched and grabbed my desk and two people in my class started laughing at me. That was embarrassing!

No, but that's a good way to get discliplined for sleeping on the job. Some people get fired for it too.
