Instead of the blue eyeliner use brown it will complement your light skin tone. You should also were only the tannish eyeshadow because it makes you look naturally beautiful. Oh and instead of tons of blush use the a little darker than your skin blush it will do the same think as the eyeshadow. Lipsticks try to keep them to light colors the dark colors will make you look like a vampire, a guy, or a street walker.

Try your light purple eyeshadow over the lids of your eyes, and smudge it up into your eyebrow line, so that it's dark on the bottom and lighter as it goes up. Put a little goldish eyeshadow over the light purple. Not alot--just enough to make it shimmer a bit. Do your eyeliner and eyelashes like you normally do.

As far as blush goes, if you have fair skin, make sure to use something that is only a touch darker than your skin tone, or you'll look like a clown.

And keep one thing in mind--the trick to looking really pretty is balance. If you play up your eyes with bright colors, like the light purple, play down your lips and cheeks. So I'd go with some gloss on the lips and that's it.
If you want to play up your lips, I would go for the tannish and gold eyeshadow. If you do the eyes and the lips, it'll make you look like you have no clue what you're doing.

I hope it helped!

1. Get a good foundation that suits your skin (browse my other answers for details). If you like, get bronzer and apply lightly to your T area, chin, and cheekbones.
2. apply your light goldish eyeshadow all over your eyes (from the lashline all the way up to just below your brow and just outside your nose). Then apply your light purple eyeshadow to the movable part of your eyelids.
3. Line your eyes with your light blue eyeliner. If you want to make your eyes look bigger, line 1/3 of your bottom lashline from the outer corner of your eye and smooth. If you wanna use the tannish eyeshadow, use brown eyeliner instead. Your blushes can also be used as eyeshadow if you want.
4. Stroke the brush on the pink or the a-little-darker-than-your-skin blush. Smile. Apply blush in a diagonal figure-8 motion connecting the apple of your cheek to your cheekbone that's just next to your eyes.
5. Use the lipstick that matches your cheek colour.

use the purple eyeshadow having it fade as it goes higher and have it go to the side lightly use the dark pink blush under your eyes if the mascara clumps then dont use it and use the blue eyeliner realy lightly on top and bottom lid and no lipstick but clear lipgloss if you have some

blend bend blend.....blend the goldish eyes shadow with that tannish one it will go with ur green eyes and hair...black mascra too coats will make ur eyes pop up...and that pink blush would give that fresh look...if u found it too much its ok...if u have white eyeshadow put a little on ur cheeks and it will look veeeeeery natural...try a pink colour that has a little beige shade or mix two colours together but make sure that they are light enough not to loose that fresh look!!
good luck!!;)
