A really good and funny foreign movie is THE MAN WITHOUT A PAST. It's a Finnish movie, and lots of fun, with great characters.
Another great family movie is the Iranian movie THE WHITE BALLOON--the leads in the cast are children, and they're wonderful.

what do you mean out? on dvd or in theatrs? well we just saw barnyard and it was great. on dvd we have pirats of the carabien. please be a little more specific so we can answer better.
