Morning sickness starts in the first few weeks of pregnancy and can last through the entire pregnancy. Not everyone gets morning sickness, and running does not prevent you from getting morning sickness. You should talk to your doctor though before you run a mile while you are pregnant. As for the growing pains I'm not sure that is another thing to talk to your doctor about. I did not have the growing pains with my first or second pregnancy. With my second pregnancy I had problems with my sciatic nerve though and that was extremely painful.

Some women get morning sickness within the 1st month until childbirth. Some women never get it. I for one did not have morning sickness until 4 days before childbirth. My doctor told me that exercise is good for pregnant women. He only told me to do light exercise though. He said that if it made me feel fatigued, even a little fatigue, that he suggested not to do that certain exercise. He said that I should walk as a good exercise. Luckily, I never had to deal with growing pains. I had problems with the sciatic nerve. That was painful. I'm not a doctor. This is what I experienced while pregnant & the doctor's orders. Talk to your doctor. Everyone's body reacts differently, so a doctor's orders are the best to listen to.

Everyone is different and every pregnancy is also different - I dont know about the running but I would say that it wouldnt make a difference to if you get it or not, and you may feel that if your pregant you may not want to run a mile every day - couldnt you go swimming instead? If your pregant then why are you worried about growing pains they should have stopped with you years ago lol and I am too old to remember them as well unless your talking about when your bump grows ? then you dont get pains you just get huge !
