you do not need to make a special stitch. Wherever you decide to increase you simply put the same type of stitch that you have been using, in the same hole as the last stitch you put there. If your directions say to increase two then you put an extra stitch in the last two stitches of the row you are working on or in the next two stitches of the row you are working on-whichever the case may be. Not all increases are done at the end of a row, you put them in when the directions tell you to. Hope that helps you and good luck on your project.
