Usually minimum wage, maybe a little more depending on the economic situation in the area and what competitors are paying their employees. Management does make a little more, but it's still not great money (I've been in management for years)
I've found that most of the places I've worked do offer either free or reduced meals while you are at work, and sometimes scholarships to graduating high school students, which is always helpful.

It depends on what job that they are doing. The managers get paid about 15,000 a year and the shift employees only get paid about 5.15 an hour in Indiana.

5.25 to start, you get an evaluation after 30 days, 3months, 6months, and after that yearly. Each time you CAN get a raise anywhere from .10 to 1.00. Managers get paid salary usually, and they have to be over 18. They make 15,000 on up.

As little as the franchisee can get away with and still have the bare minimum crew to run his restaurant. Oh wait that is BK well I am sure that McD's is the same.

Man, I work for a fast food joint in Los Angeles, and make 8.25 an hour, and that still isn't enough for me. I started at MW which is 6.75 in California. Fast food is demeaning work, I would suggest you avoid it, if you possibly can.
