In a quiet place with no noise; along a river, in a forrest, on a mountain's trail or i drive on the hills that with their ups and downs remind me that nothing stays the same and everything can change be it good or bad... i think of the problem i have and i project it into a future where it won't be around anymore....then I pray God to help me and I thank Him for my blessings

I don't usually go to people for help, but if I do, it would probably be my dad. He's very calm and easy to talk to. I sometimes write in a journal or pray about my problems.

I never do have problems. If I did, I'd probably just go out in the woods for a while and live like an indigene.

I always go to the Park...there's a bench along the Delaware river where it's peaceful and quiet ..I go every weekend...to sort out any problems I might have..or to set goals... everyone should have a spot where they can go...

I talk to my friends. Or, if I want to sort it out on my own, I like to sit by the lake and think about it.

i think that you should go to someone you trust. talking about the situation with the person may help you understand what you're going through. don't stress, life is hard enough as it is, don't make it any harder. take care.
