I spent many angst ridden teenage years trying to work that out. The truth is they just want to be appreciated for being themselves and each one is different. The trick is finding one that you actually do appreciate because you can't fake liking someone for being themselves can you? That suddenly swings things round to you becoming the chooser so feel good about that!

A man that loves them equally, someone who respects, admires, and if necessary protect them. Support emotionally and financially. Someone who can Keep the flames burning, who is willing to give, when you feel you can't give anymore. Communication............. SEX............. SEX............. SEX............... & then more SEX. Intimacy, but not too much overbearingness. And besides all that.... be yourself & let the women be herself. But don't try to make her you.
