Always something wrong with the way you look, the things you do or say
To a point where you ask yourself why even asking me out in the first place and staying with you now
How can someone tell you he loves you and then denigrate you five minutes later?
No once ,not twice,but regularly?

The reason is because he is controlling your behavior. The positive messages "I love you" are designed to keep you happy. By criticizing how you look and the things you do and say, he is "keeping you in line" so to speak. He wants to dictate everything.
I've had my share of controlling men...and I suspect most women have.
Your choice then is to ask yourself if the ups (compliments) outweigh the downs (insults). And I can tell you from experience...even if the ups do outweigh the downs now...they won't always and eventually you will look for a way out.

if he loves you, he should be happy you are around, but if he has a problem, sometimes you are teh reflection of that. WE often pick on those we know we can because they loves us unconditionally. It sounds like theri is something he is unhappy about in his life and chooses to take it out on you. I would sit him down and find out whats really going on in his life, he probably does not love himself very much and is angry at you for loving him?? This happens all the time in relationship. Get to the point of finding whats really wrong in the relationship and then go from there!!!

because they want you to be perfect,they sometimes think that beyonce looks always that way like in her last video,and that pamela anderson is hot even mornings when she wakes up,they sometimes don`t understand that noone is perfect not even them,not christina aguilera,that needs alot of makeup to look like that...(maybe the examples aren`t the best,but this are the first that came into my mind).Don`t worry about it,it is mens nature to complain,don`t try to change yourself for someone,if he loves you,he will accept you like you are...
my fiance,used sometimes to tell me,things like,"your hair look aufull",why didn`t you do your nails,why that,why the other? so I started to complain about him...and after some complain from my part he stopped doing it.Try it aswell.maybe it will work at you aswell...

He is obviously not in love with the real you, but rather, he's in love with the you he wishes you were. You therefore have but two choices... change, or move on and find someone who will be in love with the real you.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BLOW OUT SOMEONE ELSE'S CANDLE TO MAKE YOURS BRIGHTER! He has low self esteem.
