Is it Rachel, the character played by Sean Young?

Well anyway Rachel and the cop are pursued by Blade Runners and he has to fight them off while staying in hiding with her. She develops her mutant powers and helps when he is down and they fight a losing battle for amnesty...

I think it would be opening credits immediately followed by closing credits.
