In Rafa we trust... No doubt stevie prefers to play in the middle but once rafa has his side settled all these rumblings will go away. If he realises it's for the good of the club he'll battle on. Maybe you shouldn't believe everything you read in the press.

actually he ever asked the same quetions about this, will he leave if he didn't play in his fav position? and he said "NO..."
Stevie G is a loyal player, i can guess his answer about that, he will never leave the team...i read that he said it will be a new lesson for him to play in new position, and as a player he was hoped to play in every side of field...
But, we all know Stevie G is one of the best mid-fielder in the world...the coach must be crazy if wasting his talent by put him in another position...

He shouldn't leave over something like that, there are other people in his team, and if they are better in that position then why should he get it.

that'll never happen thank god.gerrard is very loyal and will never leave liverpool.Rafa is crazy to be waisting his talent by not playing him in his preffered position but gerrard is such a classy player that he is comfortable in any position you play him.
