i throw 58 and my rds throw like 67 and 65 and there my age what can i do to make me throw better pls help me

Your mechanics are going to determine everything. You should talk to a coach that knows a lot about pitching, and like the other people you should play long toss to strengthen your arm. Remember to always stretch, and if your arm gets sore ice it.. There is also a weighted ball you can get to use during warm ups that helps. Remember that your legs generate a lot of power, I suggest getting a lot of conditioning in. That will build your legs up and will help out.

With velocity issues it is a mechanics issue most of the time. Sometimes lowering your arm slot a little bit will help....just depends on how you throw. Check out www.pitching.com. The guy who runs that site had a son playing in the Twins farm system. He has studies pitching for a LONG time, and I have found the site very helpful.

To strengthen your arm do long throws. I used to throw a basketball to strengthen mine. It seemed to help.

throw longer ice after every practice it helped me.
