during my first 2 pregnancy's i stayed dehydrated even when i thought that i was drinking enough and if you're not careful it can make you have contractions, but no one ever told me how to tell if you are dehydrated if you feel fine until this pregnancy , so i'll tell you incase no one else does... you need to drink enough water that your pee is really pale yellow or clear and if you notice that your pee is looking darker than it should keep drinking water even if you've already drank your 8-10 glasses..hope this helps

Have you been vomiting a lot? Have you had diarrhea? Make sure you drink plenty of water during the day. Other fluids are good, but water is best. Another thing is that in early pregnancy we urinate a LOT. So that could be another reason why you feel dehydrated. Keep your windows closed, and fans off if possible to help keep that feeling away. I know that if I leave my ceiling fan on all night I feel like a shriveled up corn husk the next morning. Also keep a glass of water next to your bed so if you wake up in the middle of the night feeling dehydrated you can take a few sips and go back to sleep.

Chances are you're not dehydrated, you're just feeling that way. Just make sure you continue to drink plenty of water through the day and you'll be okay. Good luck!

Yes! Drink as much water as you can. I know you will go to the bathroom ALOT, but it's really important to keep hydrated... for you and baby. I had to go to the hospital once because I got dehydrated during my second pregnancy. It caused me to have contractions early.
