There is one philosophy of thinking that states that anything that can happen does - somewhere, therefore any question that has not per say been asked has an answer floating about somewhere too. And I have now tied my brain in knots answering yours!

No. An answer alone is a comment or statement. Without the question, it cannot be an answer. It is a dependant relationship. Question begets answer.
