make sure you eat less greasy and spicy foods, seriously eat healthy and your skin will look better
instead of using so much commercial facial/body products why not make your own for scrubs put 1 cup of jajoba oil into 1/3 cup of brown sugar stir but not so much that the sugar dissolves, after that pour into containers baby food jars/ containers from the dollar stores work well too.
for the oil bases you can use shea butter too
for the scrubbing beads try ground coffee beans or sea salt
get at least 8 hours of sleep
8 glasses of water a day
wash your face after excercising after you wake up and before you go to bed
if you have a pimple don't pop it or touch it
use sunscreen
let your face rest don't use make up once or twice a week
use some mild soap and cleansers
and make sure you excercise alot!!!!!!!!!excercising will help you sweat and then get rid of your toxins like mercury and sulphur

Hi, I'm 14, and I would recommend eating healthily, and drinking plenty of water. It honestly helps. Maybe limit the amount of makeup that you put on to make it a little more natural. A good makeup routine is cleansing with tea tree oil face wipes, or non scented face wipes, then wash your face with warmish water first, then wash with a light face wash. I like neutrogena spot stress control. After this you can apply makeup. I would say apply conceler to any blemished areas, and then maybe a small amount of blush if you need a bit of colour. After this I would say put on some lip balm, then lipgloss. I also recommend putting vaseline on your eye lashes and eye lids before makeup as the mascara will go on easier, and it gives a lovely shimmer to eyes. This routine will make sure that you can look good, but also keep your skin healthy at the same time. :) Less is more. Hope I helped. Kate x

I believe that beauty starts from within. Watch what you eat and drink plenty of water to keep you skin hydrated. I'm not saying to not enjoy food, but be sure to get plenty of healthy food along with it. And, definately, skin is very aging. My sister is two years younger than I am and looks at least five years older. She has already tried botox and other anti-aging techniques. Most people guess me to be about ten years younger than I really am. So, give it a shot, it definately can't hurt ya!

Don't wash with soap...I know this sounds funny, but its directly from my dermatologist. Use a gentle cleaner like Cetaphil to clean your pits, crotch, etc...and Cetaphil or just water to clean the rest of you. Think about it, when was the last time you had forearm odor anyhow?

The chemicals in soap, like Dial, Ivory, Lever, etc. etc. etc are harsh, dry out your skin, strip all the necessary oils from your skin, and are generally not good.

I've been using the Cetaphil soap on the smelly areas and just water everywhere else. I feel great, soft and smooth!

You should always drink plenty of water. Then after that, moisturizers (I use oil of olay), astringent to keep your face clean or some other type of cleaner/toner ( I have used clean and clear astringent or clearasil pads), and it is always good to use a sunscreen (according to your skin type). whatever you do, don't pop zits, it may cause discoloration or scarring. also, try to wash your face before going to bed, so the day's pile up of nastiness won't lie on your face until morning.

Eat healthy meals, keep it clean and that means your hair and pillowcases have to be too. Take vitamins as a supplement, get plenty of rest, moisturize and leave the make up off!
