i went to gamespot.com and it saids its out on september 12.but i went to eb games,and walmart today and i cant find it. is it just not out yet or where can i get it and for how much?

it probably won't be in stores like walmart and target until monday afternoon or tuesday afternoon. it already came out, i got mine last wednesday (it came out the 12, but stores didn't get it til the 13th)
some stores dont' carry it, like sears, because of the potential violence to animals (i work in a sears)
also, the game is 29.99$
lastly, try other game stores around you

Sometimes you have to either look around town at different places or it might be sold out. You might be lucky to find a copy at HMV, Bust Buy, Future Shop, Zellers or even Toys 'R' Us. Stores like 'EB Games' are more than willing to help you either back order your game on request or find a store in the city that might have that title. All in all, just shop around till you find the game.
