Any time you have a problem with vibration at those speed ranges it is usually a tire concern. Most likely the belts on the tires have shifted which would require replacement.

The first thing I would have checked is the balance of the wheels. Poorly balanced wheels will vibrate and become more noticeable the faster you go. I would also have the front end checked out. If you mechanically adept, you can do this yourself. Jack-up the front end of your car just enough to get the wheels off the ground. Grab the wheel at the 3 & 9 o'clock positions and pull the wheel side to side. If you have movement, there may be an issue with the front end, usually in the linkage, i.e tie-rods, pitman arm, idler arm, etc. Next grab the wheel at the 6 &12 o'clock positions. Using the same movement as before check for any movement. If you notice some then you may have a bearing issue. If the vibration ONLY happens when you apply brakes, then obviously the problems is with your brakes. If the van bounces alot and gets squirrely when you take a bump then you most certainly have suspension issues. The vibration you feel when you're stopped can be a number of things from bad motor mounts to needing a good tune-up.

your tires are not balanced ... get it rebalanced and your good to go.
as for the vibration at idle, the engine can cause this and could range from many different things. and any slight vibration might be normal. try driving another car of the same model and see the difference. if still in doubt, get it checked by a reputable mechanic.

The motion vibration is more than likely a tire out of balance but, the static vibration sounds more like bad engine firing (rough idling).

This regularly shows a tire-balancing concern. whether, it would desire to be linked inclusive of your automobile’s suspension, including a loose front-end section. appropriate balanced tires are important for driving convenience and long tire life. Unbalanced tires would reason vibration, ensuing in motive force fatigue, untimely tire placed on, and pointless placed on on your automobile's suspension. Tires could be rebalanced on the 1st sign of vibration or "shimmy" result. Vibration is often by way of misalignment or mechanical issues. The tire specialists provides you superb analysis and restoration yet in fact it incredibly is my opinion.
