Ask yourself this question. Would it be worth it to you if they stopped someone from coming to your home to blow up your house or city block? Would you give up some of your rights to better protect America, I think yes is your answer. We must adapt to our current situation, If not were easy prey. Bush is doing a great job on protecting Americans from terrorists, I don`t care what anyone says about him.

I think the best question would be define a "national security risk" they government can say they are only wiretapping NSR but who's the judge if they are. They can wiretap anyone they please under that MO

They had recently introduced some ""Terror legistation'' that does in fact give them the ''constitutional right '' but weather is is really right or not to listen to a private conversation is a real moral issue , the probem is laws get misinterpeted or abused by using them in a manner inconsistant with what they were origionally drawn up for . They technically do have the right .........
