Try eBay for originals and compatibles but don't forget the cost of postage.

Theres NO such thing as cheap ink for lexmark printers.....in fact you can buy a new lexmark printer cheaper than some of the cartridges

I searched several sites for ink for a Lexmark X1195, and i found the cheapest one was www.phoenixdirectuk.co.uk - I know my printer is a different model but this site seemed cheaper than all the others!

Hope this helps.

You can drill a little hole on top of the cartridge. Buy your own ink. Fill it up. Cover the hole with tape. Viola! A new cheap ink cartridge. Note: I never tried it before, but my friend told me it works great.

Don't buy cheap ink, it is not good quality, even refills are rubbish quality. Its better to buy them in the sale in WHS, Curries...

Go here:

www.jrinkjet.co.uk and buy some injectable inks.

You'll save hundreds of pounds by DIYing.

I do.
