I think that this is the age for testing limits by mouthing off and some children tend to be a little more defiant than others so I have heard. I would stop this behavior as soon as possible by punishing the bad behavior. For example: take away any fun events, video games, going out with friends (even right outside your home to play) every time that he mouth's off to you. Depending on the severity of his mouthing off you will want to set the time limit for the remainder of that day or for a week if really bad. He will still need to go to school, though. Just not participating in fun events outside of school. Hope that this helps.

I taught my son the thank you to handle a actual gun first so he can understand common protection and coping with of a weapon. as quickly as I observed that he had the common information, i offered him a low powered battery operated airsoft. He could have been 7 or 8 on the time. He has been incredibly mature with it and that i've got no longer caught him doing something stupid with it yet. He has additionally provided that then gotten a extra effectual sniper version.

Nope, sex has nothing to do with it. You are just putting up with it and THAT is the problem. Stop putting up with it.
