I think this is an old wive's tale.
A story made up to frighten girls away from their sexuality because some man in a black dress says sex is bad.
In reality I think that a girl who thoroughly explores her own genitals will probably be able to get more out of sex than one who is completely ignorant of what goes on down there.
BUT, a girl who masturbates to orgasm will probably expect the guy to get her off as well. And many guys will (at the first encounter at least) will do no such thing.
So this is ALSO about who controls feminine sexuality.
The answer is you do. If he's not doing it for you, don't hesitate to let your fingers do the walking and get yourself off while he (the lummox) is still inside.
He might be offended but again he might like it that you got so hot.
