The answer to that would be:

"A-L-O-N-G-S-E-N-T-E-N-C-E-
T-H-A-T-I-A-M N-O-T T-E-L-L-I-N-G-Y-O-U."

Think about it. "How do you spell..." means you want to spell something. You should assume that the words following that are the words you would like to spell. Therefore, spell out "a long sentence that I'm not telling you." :)

i have no life at all i mean come on im sitting here on a sunday afternoon asking stupid questions that relle dont mean nething when i could be out at a nice resturant about to sit down to dinner and instead ur sitting on the computer asking pointless questions wasting points that u wasted more time writing.

I'm confuzzled...what on earth are you talking about?!?! Are you asking how to write a sentence that's longer and more elaborate than "I'm not telling you?" How about, " I'm not telling you because...(insert explanation of choice here)."
