for me, the 5 meter water jump or the ski jumps but i'm gona do scarier things, builds adrolonin.

going snowboarding down the side of a mountain for the first time was scary

Jumped from a helo into the water (years ago in the military) when we were on a decent to crash! We were about 100 feet when we jumped -- scary -- Scared the hell out of me, but I ended up in better shape than the chopper did!

I just fell off my boat during a sailboat race (that was scary for a minute)
I don't know what adrolonin is, but I think I had some adrenalin cookin
It wasn't anything a beer couldn't fix though

Bungee Jumping. I was scared to death before I jumped but when I did it was an accelerating rush and I wanted to do it again, loved the experience but I know if I were to do it again I would still be a scardy pants. BUT it was fun!!!!!

i was doing the billy-goat trail at a park and i had to climb this really steap ledge over water. it was reallllyy scary.
