I know when your pregnant your hair gets thicker and fuller. But I already had thick and full hair. Now its just gross. Its long and curly and always so knotty it takes so long to brush now. I don't use salon products but I don't use crap product either and my brush is a salon brush. If anyone else has found a product that's good for this let me know. Its also always in a pony tail unless I'm sleeping

My hair got REALLY thick when I was pregnant with my first son. I used to use a pick in the shower when I had conditioner in my hair. It made it a hell of a lot easier to comb through. I'd also keep it in a braid a lot of the time to help keep it from getting tangled.

This time around (3rd baby) my hair isn't nearly as thick, but it will knot up like no other. I keep it up in a bun at night to help keep the tangling under control, and during the day it's usually in a pony tail, or a messy bun. If I'm not outside I can wear it down, but if I go outside, I have to put it up or it'll become a HUGE mess. I still do not use a brush, I use the pick and it helps a lot. It doesn't rip through your hair and it doesn't hurt or take nearly as long to get through it. Good luck honey, I know you're gonna need it. =)

I have very fine hair so pregnant hair is always great for me ha ha. I think if you use a spray like infusium leave in conditioner it will help you out a lot. my friend has super thick hair and thats the only way she can get a brush through it. thats my advice hope it helped !!

I've had two pregnancies and with each my hair was awful. Other people get fab hair, long, thick and never sheds. My hair just wouldn't behave. All chemical services came out odd and it would not hold curl or properly straighten. I wore many buns, ponytails and bands.

After the baby, before and through the massive shedding, my hair became manageable again.

My hair to is very thick and course, but I use the dark blue bottle from Dove and it works great. Try the shampoo and conditioner. And yes the pregnancy made my completely different. Now above my ears is so curly.

I gave up on my hair and started using hair pieces. I never thought I would ever use these but I tried and found out they are easy to use and it looks good.
