Call your local sports bars, a lot of local bars will have it but I'd wager you are under 21 and cant get into them. Sports bars are jus glorified family restaurants w/ a bar, so you technically could go sit there, dunno if the actual PPV will be in the restaurant area though.
You could try to pool together 5-10 friends and really pay almost nothing for it. I used to do that all the time back in my teenage years, very effective for the poor and cheap.
