100% of both sexes do it, but most won't admit to it. A fly on the wall told me so.

What about nongendered people? and are intersexes included here? or do you just want binary sexes to go with those binary numbers?
Also, for statistics, it depends on what continent, or even which culture. Sexual behavior differs from culture to culture and over time. It is largely dictated by religious theories about human sexuality and it is often segregated by socially constructed notions of gender and how to perform those genders "properly"
