I have about 5 of them. All from different cell phone companies. Are you looking to recycle them or what do you need them for?

A used cell phone will not do you much good if it is not compatible with your service. Go to e-bay and look for a used cell phone that works with the service you use/plan to use. Or get the free cell phone that is offered by a lot of plans when you sign up for a year. Alternatively, you could look for a trac phone or another pay-as-you-go type of phone. Unless you want the cell phone only to be able to call 911, the phone itself isn't worth much.

typically, you can go to vendor's like sprint or something like that (website) and get a refurbished phone, with a warantee. However, if you are looking for a cheap cellphone try cellphoneshop.com everything there is less expensive than buying full price, plus the merchandise is new.

My friend bought a used cell phone on e-bay and it barely worked...there was water in parts of the screen, and the battery part on the back wouldnt stay on...so she had like tape in on...

really dont buy a used phone. but good luck if you do.
