I have EPS(extra phipheral sence), that means I have:
Deja vue, jamais vue, I can tell what someone will say before they say it, even in a song, and many other EPS.
About the ones mentioned above are they of any use, like telling what someone is about to say if they say it anyway, or are they just annoying.
If they and other intuition are useful, how canb i use them and also improve them???

Having all those traits can be useful to a certain extent.
Knowing how to apply them is another matter itself. To
improve them do a little game to sharpen your skills. Hold
a deck of cards up (face down,) and concentrate on what
is on the other side. Practice until you master this skill.
There are also other variations that you can apply. Good

Having holes in the screen that keeps most people from accessing the subtle energies within themselves is a gift, but not as most think of the term gift.
Often having insights that allow one to "see" what others do not, or to know things others do not is more a pain than a gift, The "gift" idea is purely an inside reference. By "gift" I simply mean that one can have a more effective meditative practice... in that one can make better progress than if one did not have the "holes".
The use of any insight in an external way is entirely up to each person to decide. Generally speaking, if one can use it and not create ego, or harm oneself, then using it is OK. If, however, it increases ones ego, or causes one harm, then use of it is discouraged.
I would recommend going to the library and trying to find: Path of the Masters, by Julian Johnson, and looking in it for tips about having psychic abilities.

i'd say final week. My son and that i've got been having a communique and it grow to be entire deja vue like we had already had the wonderful comparable talk. isn't it unusual how that occurs? It occurs to me a minimum of as quickly as each few months.

I presume you meant extra peripheral sence...meaning you can see peripherally before the event.
ESP, psychic, intuition, et al are wonderful talents that show us there is more to the human psyche than we can imagine. The uses unfold as you develop and understand the talents you have and in how to use them for the best good. Whenever we have a talent it is important to take charge and educate ourselves about it. What have you done to understand what is happening?

Wow, I would think that would make dealing with people a lot easier. By antcipating what they're going to say, you can adjust your responses and control the conversation. You would certainly alienate fewer people. My brother's an empath and he can tell when people are lying to them, or when a situation or place is potentially harmful, which allows him to avoid bad circumstances. It also really helped when he was dating....
