No. George W. Bush is an idiot, and the most evil, corrupt, incompetent, dim-witted President ever to occupy the Oval Office. He is nothing more than a puppet installed by those faceless, nameless power brokers who really control the United States Government. He does as they say, acts the way they tell him to act, and can't make a decision without first having it approved by Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfeld and others in the "inner circle". -RKO-

This Q is as inane as GW,,, But I'll give you an example.
"Gary Larson" a brilliant cartoonist, and satarist, once had a panel. It showed a young man,,in typical Larson style,,, at the door of a building. A plate on the door said "PULL" and the young man was pushing, to an extreme.
Above the door was a sign,,, I have to make up a name,,, as I don't have the panel in front of me.
The sign said,,, "JONES School for the GIFTED"
I rest my case.

Yes he is genius, but quiet frankly he is evil-genius. A man who takes his country to war on a false assumptions, lie to his own people, undermines the soveriegnty of other countries, has no fear of God almighty cannot be genius. He has no wisdom to run his own contry, how can he be justified running other countries. More than half of his own nation United States is fed up of his policies.

No, but he is intelligent (he went to Yale and got better grades than John Kerry). We've never had a "genius" president.
