I am bilingual and have never lived in France(Paris) visited yes. You think I should go to school there for its environment and everything instead of going to UCLA. I mean If i go to Paris for medicine or UCLA, I think it is better Paris for great experiences. Now I am not talking about study abroad. I mean doing pre-med and med in Paris or UCLA. Any opinion would be great about it. Thanks

it all depends on where you want to spend your life. France does not have pre-med, you start medical school after you graduate, and it lasts around 10 years. You have to check if your US high school graduation would be accepted in France, if not, you would need an international baccalaureate. The studies are quite selective (less than 10% of the students pass the first year).
Go to UCLA, and somewhen apply for a year of residency in France, that would enable you to see what you like best.
Be careful not to end up with a diploma not accepted in other parts of the world. And check on the web the French programs. You do not have the level with an American graduation.

Paris is beautiful, and often it does students a lot of good rather than harm to study abroad. Remember, there are reputable universities in both the U.S. and France...in the US, as you mentioned there is UCLA...and in Paris in particular, there is the Sorbonne University.
Either one would be a spectacular decision, but of course, it will cost much more to study in Paris.
