STD = Short Term Disability
They said if I miss more than 3 hours in one work week, I am not eligable for STD. And I am pregnant!
We do not have FMLA, due to such a small company.

a company can set its own rules/benefits especially since you say they are very small

If your company's disability plan includes coverage for full time employees (or those greater than x amt of hours) than you are screwed. Are you salaried? Do they have a handbook in place? If you are salaried with no handbook, they cannot discount your pay for partial day absences.
